This course explores cultural understanding of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities, focusing on distinct identities, lived experiences and systemic inequality. Co-developed and delivered by members of these communities, the session examines trauma-informed engagement, appropriate communication approaches and statutory duties under the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. It supports improved engagement, strengthened relationships and more inclusive service delivery across Local Authorities.
