‘Tailored’ brings in our unique layering pyramid which ensures that all training is developed to exceed industry standards, all examples and activities are relevant to delegates’ roles, and the training delivered is instantly adaptable based on the needs of the day.

Training often meets general learning objectives but may fail to deeply engage participants when the examples and scenarios are not relevant to their specific work context. Tailoring a course ensures it meets the delegates’ needs and resonates with them. It connects them to the purpose of the training, highlights its relevance to their role, and provides techniques they can use immediately. Tailored training solutions can effect change at individual, team, and organisational levels, strengthening the sum of all parts.

This is an opportunity to coproduce where appropriate, working in partnership to develop and deliver the most impactful session possible. Tailoring the training to the participants’ sector, organisation, and individual roles enhances the learning experience, making it easier for participants to connect with the content, retain information, and apply it to their work. This is the primary reason people attend training.

Accessibility is key here, when developing or delivering training we use our standard accessibility checklist whilst also checking with the commissioner and participants whether any additional modifications are needed.
