Meet the Founder of Our Methodology

My name is Tammy Banks and I am on a mission to get rid of boring, unrelated, and uninspiring training.

My 30 years of experience attending training and 15 years of developing and delivering thousands of sessions has helped me recognise the power that training has if it is delivered effectively. It has the power to transform teams, organisations and even lives!

Unfortunately experiences of poor training mean many people now view attending as a ‘tick box exercise’. A complete waste of time and money!

Over the last 7 years I have developed a methodology and community specifically to help committed facilitators develop and deliver exceptional training. Training that people want to attend, that is high quality, equitable and motivating.

I believe all training should be Values-based, Expert-led, Tailored and Engaging, I believe that facilitators need time and support to invest in their own development.

This is why I’m excited for you to join me and my mission.
