What’s different about your training?
Our facilitators are the best! They are passionate, experienced, values-led people who have all attended our 3-month Train the Trainer course and deliver every session to the very best of their ability. They believe that there is no excuse for boring, uninspiring training.
As all our facilitators have attended our Train the Trainer course, all our training sessions delivered here at Taye Training use our multiple award-winning ‘Training 4 Influence’ methodology; expert, tailored, engaging and values-led.
Our methodology ensures that we offer quality, consistency and added impact.
Evidence shows our methodology increases staff retention and connectedness to the organisation. In addition, it directly impacts morale and wellbeing.

How long are your training sessions?
Our sessions are normally run as a full day, which is 6 hours including breaks, or a half day, which is 3 hours including a short break.
We also offer shorter options such as bitesize training sessions and ‘lunch and learns’.
Is there a minimum/maximum number of delegates that can attend a training session?
We can accommodate as many delegates as you require. However, we do insist on 1 facilitator for every 18 delegates. This is to ensure that sessions are engaging, interactive and meet different learning needs.
Do you deliver your courses online or face-to-face?
We can deliver either in house at your organisation or a venue of your choosing or we can deliver live online such as on Teams or Zoom.
How do you meet any accessibility needs?
We pride ourselves in ensuring that our courses are as accessible as they can be to meet everyone’s needs. We provide materials in multiple formats and ensure our online platforms are compatible with assistive technologies.
Our trainers are equipped to make necessary accommodations to support participants. We follow the standards we set during our Train the Trainer course, you can read these in our Accessibility Guide.
Can I book a bespoke course?
All our courses were initially developed because someone asked for a bespoke course. This means our catalogue is always increasing and some courses are so specialist they never make it to our website.
If you select a course which we already deliver, we will meet with you to discuss the course objectives and tailor the course to you/your organisation’s needs.
We can adapt all courses, insert relevant case studies and policies, merge courses together and even create new courses if we have the internal expertise.
Tailoring is a key element of our Training 4 Influence methodology. Find out more here.
How do you meet different learning styles?
At Taye Training, we use our Training 4 Influence methodology to cater to various learning styles. This approach incorporates visual aids, interactive activities, discussions, and practical exercises to engage visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic learners.
Our courses are designed to be dynamic and adaptable, ensuring that all participants can connect with the material and apply it effectively in their roles.
What about for online sessions?
Engaging participants in online training involves using interactive elements like live discussions, breakout rooms, polls, and multimedia presentations. We also explain and provide accelerated learning opportunities such as colouring sheets and encourage participants to use things that they have at home to engage their senses.
Our facilitators are skilled at utilising these tools to create an engaging and interactive online learning experience, ensuring that participants remain active and involved throughout the session.
