Learning and Development Administrator
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Learning and Development Administrator to support our in-house Learning and Development team. You’ll play a key role in helping to set up and coordinate Talent Management initiatives, manage learning administration, and keep systems and communications running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail, works well independently, and is confident using digital tools to support people and processes. You’ll be helping to create positive learning experiences within our In-House customer, Hestia Charity, by making sure opportunities are well-organised, clearly communicated, and easy for staff and managers to access.
This is a flexible, values-led role supporting meaningful learning and development. You’ll help make sure Talent Development opportunities are well organised, clearly communicated, and accessible to staff and managers.
