About Andrea

Andrea resides in Northern Ireland, where she serves as both a trainer and a qualified therapist. Since 2007, Andrea has been delivering training, particularly in the realm of mental health.

As a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) trainer for trainers, she not only conducts training sessions but also actively promotes the program. Her passion for this work stems from both personal and professional experiences, and Andrea is eager to share her journey of recovery, with a particular emphasis on well-being in the workplace.

Andrea also provides training on child protection, and neurodiversity within the criminal justice system and various workplace settings. She prides herself on being adaptable to different environments, and strives to be kind, friendly, and approachable. Andrea also remains open to learning new concepts and is committed to her continuous growth in this field.
