About Farah

Farah is an experienced facilitator specialising in inclusive leadership, cultural competence, unconscious bias and sexual harassment. She has over two decades of training experience across the charity and private and public sectors, supporting organisations to strengthen their inclusion practices amongst managers and teams.

Her work is shaped by her lived experiences, influenced by navigating differences and inequity in real settings. Farah began her career as a frontline worker in housing and education before moving into senior roles, shaping and delivering learning and development.

At the core of her work is a strong commitment to social justice and a passion to see people develop. She strongly believes organisations work better when people are able to be themselves, have real opportunities to grow and are able to contribute fully.
