About Helen

Helen is an experienced mental health professional with over 15 years of frontline work, primarily within inpatient settings. As a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, she has supported individuals facing chronic and complex challenges through high-quality, low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions.

Alongside her clinical work, Helen holds a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and has acted as a workplace representative, offering guidance on employment rights and wellbeing. This unique combination of skills enables her to approach mental health and workplace wellbeing with a holistic and compassionate perspective.

As a training facilitator, Helen creates safe, inclusive, and engaging spaces. Drawing on her rich experience and therapeutic approach, she ensures participants feel heard, supported, and empowered. Her training is both practical and emotionally resonant, designed to connect with people from all backgrounds.
