About Sharon

Sharon has over 40 years of experience in health and social care as a Registered Adult Nurse, alongside more than 28 years of teaching and mentoring experience. She is an intuitive and reflective educator with a strong track record of supporting the development of healthcare, social care and non-healthcare professionals through workshops and training. Sharon also lives with the gift and frustration of dyslexia.

Over the years, Sharon has come to embrace dyslexia as a friend rather than a foe. Her experiences have shaped a learning and teaching style that helps her connect with participants and create engaging learning environments. She encourages people to explore new ideas, ask questions and develop their professional curiosity.

As a facilitator and health and social care educator, Sharon delivers a range of subjects. Sharon brings a wealth of experience to every session and encourages participants to ask questions, explore new ideas and develop their professional curiosity.
