Experience working with vulnerable groups, including Children and Young People, within community and third-sector settings, alongside a strong focus on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and trauma-informed approaches.

Brings a background in youth justice and a Postgraduate Certificate in Global Cultures, combined with facilitation experience and a practice rooted in lived experience, reflection, and relational working. Skilled in creating safe, structured and engaging learning spaces where participants feel supported, challenged, and able to grow in confidence and practice.

Alongside coaching and wellbeing work, experience includes EDI-focused practice within NGO environments, contributing to inclusive service delivery and collaborative multi-agency working. This combination of skills supports a holistic approach to wellbeing, communication, and organisational culture.
