Training 4 Influence is a creative solution, a methodology that can transform any training session, weaving ‘golden threads’ that influence organisational outcomes without costing any more time or money.

Developed by analysing thousands of training sessions delivered to criminal justice, social care and charities where every training day is precious, and the skills learnt save lives.

Evidence shows that training delivered using our methodology not only exceeds the learning objectives but also helps staff feel supported, valued and emotionally well. This in turn increases retention, role satisfaction and success.

We are proud of our success, impact and awards. We believe passionately that quality, values-led training can transform lives.

In 2020, Tammy Banks wrote the bestselling book ‘Transform your Training’ to share the methodology with frontline services. We then developed the Train the Trainer qualification and in 2023 we won numerous awards from Innovate UK and a Princess Royal Training Award with an additional diversity, equity and inclusion accolade.

More recently, in 2024 Tammy’s TEDx ‘How values-led training could revolutionise our frontline services’ reached 100,000 views.

The methodology is applicable to all sectors and is making a growing difference year upon year.
