Values

The image features the text "Values" in bold orange font, with the phrase "The 'Golden Thread'" written underneath in a curved style. Values are a core, continuous element woven throughout all aspects of Transform your Training.

‘Values-led’ is our golden thread; it underpins all elements of our design, delivery, methodology and modules. It is our entire ethos, influencing all our actions and recommendations.

"If you place your values at the heart of decision making and bring every decision back to what you value, you are offering the best possible service to the customer." (Page 136, Transform your Training)

This element of the methodology encourages professionals to make values-based decisions, exploring how they value others, and encouraging them to value themselves. It covers themes such as biases, adopting a trauma-informed approach, wellbeing and building emotional resilience, all connected into whatever subject is being delivered.

Creating a safe learning environment that encourages authenticity makes all the difference. It encourages people to fully engage in the content and where appropriate challenge their current perspective.

“The values module completely changed my training. I realised that when you openly value the delegates it helps them not only value the service users but want to deliver the best services. Connecting personal and organisational values is motivating, inspiring and creates a safe space for delegates to grow and learn.”

‘Values’ is also where our commitment to accessibility starts.

It is vital to design and deliver training that caters to differences and diverse needs. Training that is accessible empowers individuals to reach their full potential and ensures that everyone feels included, supported, and capable of excelling in their roles.

Delivering excellent, values-led services starts with valuing the professionals.

Recognising that people are an organisation’s biggest asset, all sessions are delivered with this in mind. When individuals feel truly valued, they can be their best selves. This principle applies universally to facilitators, professionals, and those they work with.

"When we feel truly valued, we can be our best self. This is true in every situation, and so it is true for facilitators, for frontline professionals and for the customers they are working with. In other words, it’s true for everyone." (Page 137, Transform your Training)

“Being able to hear my co-workers experiences and opinions in a safe space made me feel confident enough to share my own values and input.” Delegate – TayeTraining
