Beckie ensures that our Train the Trainer programme aligns perfectly with the Training 4 Influence methodology it teaches—expert, tailored, engaging, and values-led. Her role encompasses programme development and delivery, coordinating mentors, and supporting students.

With over a decade of experience, Beckie is a firm believer that training can change lives. She is dedicated to helping others become the best facilitators they can be, ensuring that the training they deliver is of the highest quality.

In addition to her role, Beckie is also a Taye Training facilitator and runs her own business providing support in PSHE. She has a passion for music and has played guitar since she was young. Beckie is a fan of cows, enjoys building LEGO, and dreams of living in Prague one day.
