Lauren is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and able to reach their full potential. She brings a unique blend of lived experience and professional expertise, having led programmes across justice, health, and education that put inclusion, empowerment, and transformation at the heart of change.

Her journey has taken her from being a user of services within the criminal justice system, to designing and delivering them. This journey became international, contributing to groundbreaking work in Brazil, and being selected as a Fellow of the Global Freedom Fellowship in 2025, where she worked alongside formerly incarcerated leaders in South Africa, developing bold, values-driven approaches to tackling systemic challenges.

As Founder’s Associate at Transform your Training, Lauren works closely with Tammy to build lasting relationships that inspire people and create opportunities for transformation. She’s known for her ability to connect with people, bring energy into a room, and design learning experiences that make a real difference.

When she’s not working, Lauren can usually be found soaking up the atmosphere at music festivals in the summer or curled up with a good book under a blanket for the rest of the year!
