As Partnerships and Delivery Lead, Sally works closely with both new and existing clients to identify tailored solutions that meet their needs. She oversees ongoing projects to ensure the organisation’s work remains values-led, effective, and impactful. Collaborating with the CEO and COO, she also contributes to the continued development and strengthening of services and influence across the sector.

Sally began her career as a prison officer after earning a degree in Criminology, an experience that shaped her values and gave her deep insight into inequality, trauma, and the challenges faced within the criminal justice system. Since then, she has dedicated her career to services that address these issues, providing support to prevent and protect people from harm.

With more than 25 years’ experience across the criminal justice, housing, sport, and charity sectors, Sally has worked both strategically and operationally. She is passionate about equipping managers and practitioners with the skills to support those navigating adversity, and her leadership and training expertise have given her a strong understanding of how high-quality training builds practitioner confidence and competence.

Outside of work, Sally is an avid live sports enthusiast and occasionally still takes to the hockey field herself. She also enjoys live music and events, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
