Tammy Banks is leading the mission that quality, values-led training can transform lives.

Tammy founded the Training 4 Influence methodology, wrote the bestselling book ‘Transform your Training’ and delivers the award-winning Train the Trainer programme.

Alongside the above Tammy leads sales and development. She channels her lived experience, passion and over 20 years professional experience into championing for change and seeking creative way to interrupt the generational cycle of harm and abuse. 

Outside of her Director role Tammy is Chair of Together for Children, Sunderland Children Services, is a sought-after speaker and enjoys travelling with friends and family.
