A Scholarship for Trans Voices
We are proud to launch a full scholarship to our Transform Your Training Train the Trainer programme, created in memory of a much-loved facilitator who was known for his humour, kindness and unwavering commitment to inclusivity. This scholarship is about more than access to a course. It is a way of carrying forward his values and ensuring that trans voices are supported, amplified and valued within learning and development spaces.
A Scholarship Created with Purpose
This fully funded scholarship has been created specifically for trans people who want to make a difference through facilitation. It recognises the power of lived experience and the impact it can have when shared with confidence, care and clarity.
Whether you are new to facilitation or looking to strengthen and formalise your practice, this scholarship offers space to grow within a supportive, trauma-informed and values-led environment.
Who Is This Scholarship For?
The scholarship is open to trans people who want to:
- Build the skills and confidence to deliver engaging, values-led facilitation
- Make a difference by sharing lived experience in powerful and impactful ways
- Join a supportive community of facilitators committed to creativity, inclusion and social change
What You Will Gain
As part of the scholarship, you will take part in our multi-award-winning Train the Trainer programme, the only nationally recognised course designed specifically for those delivering learning to frontline services.
Through the programme, you will:
- Gain a nationally recognised qualification
- Learn how your lived experience can inspire, influence and motivate others
- Develop practical skills to deliver engaging and impactful facilitation
- Train within a supportive, trauma-informed and values-led environment
- Have the opportunity to deliver facilitation with us to frontline organisations, local authorities and even government
About Our Train the Trainer Course
Our Train the Trainer programme is built around our Training 4 Influence methodology. This approach ensures learning is:
- Expert, grounded in knowledge, credibility and experience
- Tailored, shaped around the needs of the audience
- Engaging, creative, interactive and memorable
- Values-led, rooted in inclusion, respect and compassion
This methodology supports facilitators to show up authentically while delivering sessions that genuinely influence understanding, attitudes and practice.

Fully Funded, Fully Supported
The scholarship covers the full cost of the programme, worth £2,495, meaning there is no financial barrier to taking part. Our aim is to remove obstacles and create opportunities for trans facilitators to thrive, develop and lead meaningful change.
