Course Objectives
- Our Train the Trainer programme shares our multi-award winning Training 4 Influence Methodology
- It runs bi-annually (March and October) and accepts delegates by application only.
- The course lasts 12 weeks and cohorts are handpicked. We carefully design groups by considering individual values, professional and personal experience and whether you have developed or delivered training previously. This enables maximum support and learning.
Our waitlist is always competitive so we recommend early applications.
In completing the T4I Train the Trainer course I’ve not only learnt about how to be a better facilitator and how to structure and tailor my own training courses in future, but having a community to be part of and connecting to the people that I've been on the course with has been so impactful. I have come away with new tools and knowledge to be a better facilitator and I've designed my own online course that has been assessed and attended by delegates who have been able to pass on their feedback. I'm now looking forward to branching out as a freelance facilitator armed with the T4I methodology under my belt!

I'm currently on the Training 4 Influence course and it's been eye-opening. It's made me far more open to seeing the training from the delegates perspective. I thought I was training in an accessible and friendly way already, but this has given me a methodology for ensuring that I systematically cover all the aspects I need to make delegates feel validates, listened to and ultimately make it more likely they will learn and retain the information I'm sharing with them. The T4i team are really responsive and helpful along the way and the materials are easy to use and deceptively deep. Highly recommend, especially if you are training front-line workers in challenging subjects or environments.
