About Leah
Leah has extensive experience in the education sector and is committed to child centred practice. In her roles as Teacher, Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Deputy Headteacher, and Headteacher, Leah has consistently been dedicated to advocating for the children and young people in her care.
Leah specialises in safeguarding, inclusivity, neurodivergence and trauma-informed practice, and started her own organisation in order to have a further impact on the lives of children and young people. This involves fighting for inclusive practices, safeguarding consultancy, and being a subject matter expert for early years and safeguarding.
Leah believes that values are the key to inspiring and driving forward change, and she is truly committed to supporting others to overcome barriers and challenge stereotypes.
Her practice was exceptional… Leah led a highly effective training session with outstanding facilitation and strong learning outcomes for the group.Taye Training Delegate
