About Sarah

Sarah is a CIPD Level 5-qualified Learning & Development Consultant, APMG Change Management Practitioner and experienced facilitator, designing and delivering engaging, experiential learning across the public, private and charity sectors.

Sarah spent 14 years as a Police Officer, working in frontline, investigative and change-focused roles. Her experience included supporting vulnerable individuals, responding to complex and sensitive situations, and operating in high-pressure environments where integrity, accountability and sound judgement were critical. She was also a Sexual Offences First Responder, which strengthened her traumainformed, victim-centred and safeguarding-aware approach.

She delivers programmes across leadership and management development, coaching conversations, managing performance, customer service excellence, EDI, change management, mental health and wellbeing at work, alongside a broader range of people and culture-focused topics. Sarah is particularly experienced in supporting leaders to navigate sensitive people challenges with confidence, empathy and clarity. She is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider through MHFA England and an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner.

Sarah consistently receives excellent feedback for her engaging, practical delivery style and her ability to create psychologically safe environments where participants feel able to reflect, contribute and grow.
