Kulvinder has extensive experience working across safeguarding, domestic abuse and violence against women and girls services. Throughout her career, she has held frontline, specialist and leadership roles, supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges and overseeing services across London.
Her work has included managing domestic abuse, victim support and serious violence services, as well as supporting victim-survivors of sexual assault through forensic examinations. She began her career with Southall Black Sisters, working on issues including forced marriage and honour-based abuse.
Alongside her work as the owner of two children's day nurseries, Kulvinder is a Designated Safeguarding Lead and provides strategic leadership across her organisations.
As a facilitator, Kulvinder specialises in safeguarding and domestic abuse. Drawing on her extensive experience supporting victim-survivors and leading specialist services, she creates engaging learning environments where delegates feel confident exploring complex topics, reflecting on practice and developing the knowledge needed to better support those they work with.
