About Samantha

Samantha is a facilitator who delivers inclusive learning experiences that are engaging, supportive and reflective. She brings a warm, trauma-informed approach, creating spaces where people feel safe to take part.

Samantha has worked across corporate, charity and community settings, including with British Airways, Habitus, Fighting Chance, Resilience in Kids and The Salvation Army. Her work covers areas such as diversity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, communication, resilience, leadership, and behavioural change; and she has experience supporting a wide range of groups, including neurodivergent learners, individuals with disabilities, young people and those with lived experience of adversity.

Samantha adapts her approach to meet different delegate and organisational needs while maintaining a high level of care and engagement. She believes effective facilitation helps people build confidence, strengthen connections and apply their learning in ways that feel practical and relevant to them.
