About Kate

Kate has over 20 years of frontline experience in the charity sector, working closely with individuals facing complex and challenging situations, including domestic abuse refuge and outreach services, welfare to work programmes, and supporting the armed forces community. Through this, she champions people to rebuild their confidence, recognise their strengths, and move towards positive change.

Alongside her work in the charity sector, Kate is also a self employed women’s empowerment coach, supporting women to rebuild their self-worth, reconnect with their identity, and gain clarity, direction and confidence.

As a facilitator, Kate is particularly passionate about holding and creating safe spaces, while working in a person centred and trauma informed way. Kate’s expertise and experience means she is able to make sure delegates feel safe, respected and supported during training.
