About Steve

Steve is an AC-accredited coach with over ten years of experience and has spent many years working with young people, both as a council youth worker and with The Prince’s Trust. After moving into the homelessness sector, he worked as a coach for Crisis while also serving on its Lived Experience Advisory Board.

Steve now works for an Adult Autism and ADHD service, providing coaching for neurodivergent adults and managing support services.

Steve believes that training should be a dialogue, and that the best learning happens when facilitators and delegates learn from each other. He aims to make sessions engaging and conversational and particularly enjoys sharing his experiences and insights around effective communication.
