Alex ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes with the support of her exceptional team. She leads all administrative activities, overseeing training development and delivery to ensure our facilitators, delegates, and customers have everything they need. Alex also manages our social media accounts to ensure they are running effectively.

With a keen eye for design, Alex enjoys creating marketing materials and has a self-proclaimed love for formatting documents.

With over 10 years of admin experience, Alex finds joy in “helping people who help people,” a passion that began during her time working for a charity supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Outside of of her professional role, Alex enjoys spending time with her partner, Sam, catching up with friends, or walking her permanently energetic Cocker Spaniel, Jasper. She is also a devoted music lover, particularly of rock and metal.
