Beci has over 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, supporting both Taye Training and part-time at a charity that has outsourced their L&D team to Taye Inhouse.

At Taye, Beci coordinates and plans training for our valued customers, engaging with a range of organisations and staff to ensure they receive high-quality training that meets their needs.

In her Taye Inhouse role, Beci helps coordinate the smooth running of the Learning and Development department, which includes arranging training plans, communicating with various job roles, and contributing to project implementation across the organisation.

Outside of work, Beci enjoys a quiet life with her cats, socialising with family and friends, walking, horse riding, and the occasional holiday abroad.
