Introductions / safe space

Define and identify indicators of DA and SV

Understand the impact of DA on those who experience it The effect of DA on behaviours and choices

Understand and respond to the needs of vulnerable groups

Respond and support - connectivity with Trauma Informed principles

Consider the impact of DA and how it may present in those we work with

Reflect on their own values and beliefs in relation to professional responses to DA

Explore links between grooming and DA/SV (including grooming of workers and disguised compliance)

Look at the legal approaches for DA

Be aware of safety planning and other tools for workers

Key learning / action plan

Wellbeing activity
