Eustace has over 7 years of experience at Hestia, a crisis support charity, where she progressed from her role as a recovery worker, to service manager, and is now a part of the wonderful Taye team as the Talent Development manager for Hestia.  

In this role at Taye in-house, Eustace’s focus is on identifying and aligning talent, looking at the processes to nurture people and high-performing individuals, listening to people’s journeys and aspirations, and providing feedback and guidance on development. 

In her spare time, Eustace loves to spend quality time with her family, along with reading, sketching, and connecting with nature.
