Co-founder Faye Fox is dedicated to ensuring that our organisation lives its values and that our services consistently meet the high Training 4 Influence standard.

Faye’s commitment to excellence stems from her belief that professionals in criminal justice, social care, and charitable sectors are uniquely positioned to change lives—and that values-based training is key to empowering them to do so.

Faye draws on her extensive experience as a Leadership and Management Coach, Operations Director for a charity focused on preventing sexual abuse within the criminal justice system, and as a manager of adult offender and resettlement services. Her experience as a Learning and Development Officer for both private and charity organisations further shapes her approach to training and development.

Outside of her professional role, Faye enjoys spending time with her family and cats, and travelling in the campervan.
