Our Lived Experience Equity Facilitators: Mike, Sophie and Carol play a crucial role in supporting Taye’s facilitators. With years of experience developing and delivering our services, they possess an excellent understanding of our values and methodology. They use their personal skills and expertise to oversee and guide our facilitators, ensuring a consistently high level of quality in their work.

Working closely with our Operations Director and Project Coordinator, they help implement and deliver strategies that provide ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to facilitators. They are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and equity within Taye, ensuring that we remain trauma-informed and focused on empowering facilitators whose lived experiences shape and enhance their training.
