The image shows a woman with long blonde hair, wearing a green sweater, facing a group of people seated at tables in a spacious room with wooden walls and high ceilings. The group appears to be engaged in a workshop or meeting, with the woman leading or presenting to the attendees.

We recruit people with relevant lived experience, whether personal or professional.

To see if we’re a good fit, take a look at the courses and services we offer on our Done for You page and check if our values align on our Vision and Story page.

If you are interested in being a freelance consultant, you can download our recruitment pack.

We accept applications year-round, but unless there’s an urgent need, we conduct our recruitment process bi-annually.

The image features a flock of birds flying in a V formation against a blue sky with a few scattered clouds. In the top right corner, the text reads "Transform Your Training" in purple and orange. Below that, in the bottom right, there is a quote by Helen Keller that says, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." The design suggests themes of teamwork, collaboration, and the power of working together.

In the meantime, we’d love for you to get to know us better.

Visit the hub and start your journey with us by joining our community, where you can connect with like-minded facilitators in a safe and welcoming environment.

This group is designed for mutual support and networking, bringing together both newcomers to facilitation and experienced trainers and companies.

If you’re interested in joining the Transform Your Training central team, all our vacancies will be advertised in our community and on LinkedIn. To learn more about our Train the Trainer programme, please visit the Teach Me page.

"I have worked for Taye as a freelancer for around 3 years. They have supported my professional development, pushed me to improve as a trainer and facilitator, and valued me as a disabled, neurodivergent, and queer person. Taye as an organisation, and extraordinary. It's rare to find an organisation that truly lives it's values, and that drive for inclusion and for consistent improvement. I heartily recommend Taye as an employer and as a training provider, the Training 4 Influence Train the Trainer course."
