I have just done the Training 4 Influence course, and, WOW! It had been suggested to me that I do a train the trainer course but I found all the course outlines I read incredibly dry, and not particularly inclusive or diverse, so I was losing interest. Then, I heard about Training 4 Influence, and my mind was changed! I have loved doing the course. I have felt validated on the bits I already knew, and wonderfully encouraged on the bits I didn't. I have learned so much and, although people have been asking me for years to teach what I teach, it's thanks to this course that I know I can do it, and do it well. I can't recommend this training enough. I have been a trainer for many years and this year of Covid has been, to say the least, challenging. I have always tried to deliver interesting, interactive training but this course has taken my training skills and delivery to the next level. Added to that, their training on how to take you face to face training to an enjoyable and interactive virtual experience, is amazing.
